Accessibility statement
Our accessibility goal and how to report a barrier.
Last updated October 12, 2026.
Allpage aims to make its website, owner app, directory and the customer pages businesses build with it usable by people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This is a goal, not a claim that every page fully conforms.
How we build
We use shared interface components for keyboard controls, labels, focus and other common behavior. Our themes include contrast checks, and our automated page checks cover accessibility and layout at desktop and phone widths. Fixing a shared component can improve every screen that uses it.
Automated checks cannot establish complete accessibility. Screen readers, keyboard use, zoom, mobile behavior and complex interactions also need human testing. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit of the entire service, and we do not claim certification or complete conformance.
Business content and connected services
Businesses choose their own text, images, image descriptions, documents, embeds and custom website blocks. The accessibility of that content can vary. Payment interfaces and other connected services may also include components controlled by their providers. We work on barriers in Allpage and help route reports involving a business or provider to the right place.
Businesses should provide useful image descriptions, readable content, accessible documents and an alternative way to receive a service when a page creates a barrier.
Report a problem or request help
Email hello@allpage.site with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, what prevented it, and your preferred way to receive a reply. If useful, include your browser or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days. We will investigate, explain available alternatives and share a fix or status update when we have one. If the issue concerns an appointment, order or time-sensitive service, also contact the business directly so it can help you complete it.
If our response does not resolve the issue, reply to the same conversation and ask for another review. We use reports to prioritize improvements and will update this statement when our practices change.
