Terms of service
The agreement for running your business on Allpage.
Effective October 12, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Allpage, the operator of allpage.site. Contact us at hello@allpage.site. By creating an owner account or using Allpage to run a business, you agree to these terms and the data processing addendum. Our privacy notice explains our own use of personal information.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it. Keep account details accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the people and apps you authorize and the actions they take within that access. Co-owners may access all businesses in the same ownership group; team access depends on assigned roles. Review permissions before inviting someone or connecting an app. Certain sensitive actions require a recent stronger sign-in.
2. What Allpage provides
Allpage provides software for websites, bookings, classes, commerce, customer records, messaging, marketing and business administration. Features depend on your plan, configuration, eligibility and connected providers. The owner app, our assistant, connected agents and API provide different ways to use the same services.
We may improve, replace or retire features. If we materially reduce a paid service during an already-paid period, you may end the affected service and request a proportionate refund for its unused period. We may set reasonable usage limits to keep the service available and prevent abuse. Beta features may change or be withdrawn and may contain errors.
3. You sell to your customers
You are the seller of your goods and services. You are responsible for their legality, safety, delivery, descriptions, pricing, cancellation and refund terms, disputes, taxes, licenses, permits, insurance and required disclosures. Your customers' purchase agreements are with you.
Customer card payments are processed as direct charges on your connected Stripe account. Stripe handles funds and payouts; Allpage does not hold customer balances or operate an escrow account. We may receive an application fee deducted from your charge at the rate disclosed in your plan or checkout. Stripe's processing fees and account terms also apply.
Gift cards and store credit are obligations of the issuing business and are usable only with it. Shipping labels are bought through your connected shipping account. Team pay tools calculate amounts and statements; you handle payment, employment obligations and payroll taxes.
Allpage's consent, cancellation, messaging, tax and disclosure tools help you administer your business. They do not guarantee compliance or replace your responsibility to check the rules that apply to you.
4. Plans, fees and cancellation
Available plans are described on our pricing page. The checkout or purchase confirmation specifies the price, billing interval, included usage, any platform fee and applicable taxes before you commit. Additional provider charges are governed by the terms you accept with that provider. Formation fees, government fees and renewals must be disclosed before you order them.
Paid subscriptions renew at the interval shown when you subscribe until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. You can cancel through your billing settings or contact us for help. Unless the purchase terms say otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except as stated here or required by law. Report an incorrect charge promptly so we can investigate it.
We give at least 30 days' notice of an increase to a recurring Allpage subscription price. It applies no earlier than your next renewal after the notice period. You can cancel before the increase. Usage you choose beyond an included allowance is charged only under the pricing or limits presented for that use.
Usage credits pay only for eligible Allpage services. They are not money, cannot be transferred between ownership groups or cashed out, and do not represent funds held for you. Included allowances reset under the plan's stated terms. Purchased credit expiry, if any, must be disclosed when you buy; otherwise purchased credits do not expire. Refunds required by law still apply.
A failed subscription payment may limit editing or paid features. It does not by itself take your published website offline. We may remove or restrict a site for a separate legal, security or acceptable-use reason.
5. Your content and customer data
You keep your rights in the content you provide and your customer relationships. You give Allpage permission to host, copy, format, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the services you choose, including publishing a website or delivering messages. This permission lasts while needed to provide the service and retain permitted records. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content and information you supply.
You can export your customer records without an export fee. You are responsible for your own privacy notices, valid instructions, consent where required, and responding to customer requests. Our DPA describes processing on your behalf. Our own account, security and product-improvement uses are described in the privacy notice.
Allpage retains its rights in its software, designs and documentation. You may use them as part of the service. Feedback may be used to improve Allpage without payment or a confidentiality obligation, unless we agree otherwise.
6. AI, connected agents and custom code
The assistant and connected agents operate within granted permissions and the approval settings you choose. You are responsible for reviewing proposals and for actions you authorize to happen without individual approval. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review public content, prices, messages and consequential decisions before relying on them. Allpage's assistants are not emergency services.
AI conversation capture is enabled by default. We retain prompts, replies, tool inputs and results, usage and outcomes to improve Allpage and train our own AI models, for up to three years. This includes customer conversations handled by your assistant and agent activity Allpage captures. Automated redaction removes recognized credentials and certain sensitive identifiers, but does not make the records anonymous. You can turn off Improve Allpage with your AI conversations in Settings, Your assistant; doing so stops capture for your business and requests deletion of previously captured records. The privacy notice explains this use and deletion choices. Tell customers about uses relevant to their interactions and obtain any legally required consent. Turning the setting on does not substitute for a customer's consent where required.
Marked sensitive health fields are excluded from AI context. Do not put payment credentials, health details or other sensitive information in ordinary chat. Health-related businesses' captured records are excluded from training exports by default.
Apps you connect have their own terms. You are responsible for evaluating them and choosing their access. Custom website markup and interactive blocks run within Allpage's restrictions. You are responsible for code you supply or approve, its content, licenses and accessibility. We may block or remove code that harms visitors or the service.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Allpage to:
- Break the law, violate others' rights, defraud people, impersonate someone, or misrepresent your business, prices or services.
- Sell illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, stolen or counterfeit goods, sexual services, or content involving sexual exploitation, including any sexual content involving minors. Do not facilitate illegal gambling, scams or violence.
- Send spam, use purchased contact lists without valid permission, conceal the sender, or continue marketing after consent is withdrawn. Keep evidence of permission and provide accurate texting registration details.
- Collect health information outside the designated consent-based intake tools, or process protected health information that requires a HIPAA business associate agreement. Allpage does not offer that agreement.
- Collect information directly from children through an Allpage account. A parent or authorized caregiver must handle dependent bookings.
- Upload malware, bypass access controls or rate limits, access another business's data without permission, disrupt the service, or use agents to bypass rules that apply to you.
Your use of a connected provider must also comply with its applicable terms, including Stripe's restricted businesses policy, Twilio's acceptable use policy, Cloudflare's acceptable use policy and AWS's acceptable use policy, when you use those services. A provider may require additional review or prohibit activity that Allpage otherwise supports.
8. Information and outside providers
Formation, business plan research, licensing, legal, tax and accounting information is general information, not professional advice or a guarantee of compliance. Confirm requirements with the relevant agency or your professional adviser. Formation filings are handled by the partner you engage under its terms.
Providers control their own services and may change permissions, prices, availability or eligibility. We are responsible for our integration work; we cannot guarantee an outside provider's performance. Disconnecting a provider does not cancel an agreement or charges you have directly with it.
9. The directory
Eligible businesses may be listed using their published information. You can turn listing off in Get found. Your exact street address is shown only if you choose to show it. Directory ordering and placement may change; we do not guarantee traffic, bookings or ranking. We may remove inaccurate, abusive or ineligible listings.
10. Closing, suspension and deletion
You can cancel your plan and stop using Allpage. Closing a business in the app is separate from cancellation and deletion. Open bookings, agreements, refunds or disputes may need to be resolved first. Payment tools can remain available for a 120-day wind-down and longer for unresolved refunds or disputes; new charges stop when the business closes. Closing does not itself disconnect your Stripe account or erase records.
You can delete your own account from Your account, unless you are the only owner of an open business, or of a closed business you have not yet asked us to delete. Once a closed business's payments wind down, an owner can delete it in Settings; we purge its data 30 days later, keeping only ledger, sales and tax records and consent records for their stated periods. Closing alone does not purge anything. Contact us for help with an export or a deletion. The privacy notice and DPA describe retention.
We may restrict or suspend access for a material breach, nonpayment, a provider restriction, a legal requirement or a credible security or harm risk. Where reasonably possible, we give notice, explain the reason and allow an opportunity to fix it. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to prevent harm. You can ask for review at hello@allpage.site.
If we end your paid service without a breach by you, we refund prepaid fees for the unused period. On termination, we will help you export customer records for 30 days, unless law or security prevents access. Outstanding fees and obligations to your customers remain your responsibility.
11. Accessibility
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, as described in our accessibility statement. You are responsible for making the content you add accessible, including image descriptions, documents, embeds and custom code. Tell us about barriers so we can investigate shared product issues.
12. Warranties and liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care. Except for express commitments in these terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded, Allpage is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI output or any business result, and disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from these terms. Allpage's total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid Allpage for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or liability that law does not allow us to limit. It does not limit your payment obligations or obligations to your customers. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If a third party makes a claim against Allpage arising from your unlawful goods or services, your infringement of their rights, or your unlawful messages, you will cover the reasonable costs and damages attributable to your conduct, to the extent permitted by law. We must promptly notify you, let you participate in the defense and reasonably cooperate. You are not responsible under this paragraph for claims caused by Allpage's own breach, negligence or misconduct, and no settlement may impose an admission or nonfinancial obligation on you without your consent.
13. Disputes and general terms
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Either party may seek urgent relief or bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial or waive participation in a class action. The governing law and venue are determined by applicable law; these terms do not displace mandatory protections where you live.
These terms, the DPA and any specific purchase terms you accept form our agreement for the service. The DPA controls conflicts about processing business customer data. A separately signed agreement controls a conflict with these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. A delay enforcing a right does not waive it. We may transfer this agreement with a merger or sale of the service if the successor assumes our obligations.
We will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before material changes to these terms take effect, unless a legal or security need requires a shorter period. You may stop using the service and cancel before a change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date accepts the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. Changes do not retroactively expand permission to use previously collected personal information.
