Sell memberships and packs
Set up membership tiers and class packs once, and they pay for bookings on their own.
Open Sell, Memberships & packs and choose New membership, or ask the assistant: "Set up Gold at $120 a month, unlimited classes, 2 guest passes a month and 15% off workshops." Customers join on your website once it's saved. Saving charges and messages nobody.
A pack works the same way: choose New pack, or ask "A 10-class pack for $180 that lasts 6 months." When a member or pack holder books, what they hold pays for the place, and they pay nothing more for it. A pack or membership pays for the option they book, and add-ons like hot stones are always charged. A minutes pack takes the option's minutes, so a 60-minute massage with 15 minutes of hot stones uses 60.
To sell several packs as one, make a package: a bundle of packs under Products, like 3 massages and 2 facials for $450. The customer gets each pack, and each pays only for what it covers. A full refund of the package takes back what's unused on each pack.
What you choose
- What it covers. Everything you offer, or only some offerings, options, kinds (like classes but not workshops) or tags. Tick an offering to cover all its options, or open it and tick one, like the 60-minute massage and not the 90. The line under the picker says what it covers. Anything the assistant set that the editor doesn't list stays when you save.
- How much. A membership is unlimited, or a number of bookings a week or month. A pack holds visits, minutes or dollars.
- Perks. Guest passes each week or month, a percent off kinds of offerings, and booking a few days before everyone else. An admission can be members only.
- Freezes. Let members freeze their membership from their account, up to the longest freeze you set. Nothing is charged while it's frozen, bookings inside the freeze are cancelled, and what they paid for runs that much longer.
Cancelling in time gives the visit back. If you call a session off, everyone gets back exactly what it used. Changes to a membership or pack reach people who join from then on; anyone who has it keeps what they bought.
Below your memberships and packs, the page lists each holder and what's left, and says how many members and pack holders you have. Tap a holder to add or take away visits, or end a pack or membership. Sell a pack in person is for someone paying at the desk. Ending a membership also stops its billing, and nothing is refunded unless you refund it from Money, under Sales.
We suggest turning on the reminders for packs running low, packs about to expire and memberships about to end, in Settings, under Automations.
