Connect an agent over MCP

Allpage's MCP server is at https://allpage.site/mcp: streamable HTTP, with OAuth 2.1 (PKCE, clients registered by metadata document URL). The owner signs in, or signs up with an emailed code, on the consent screen and chooses what the app can see and change.

Add it to your client

  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http allpage https://allpage.site/mcp, and add the Allpage skill from https://allpage.site/agents.
  • Claude (web and desktop): Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, with the address above.
  • ChatGPT: turn on developer mode (Settings, Apps & Connectors, Advanced settings), then create a connector with the address above. ChatGPT gets a curated list of 324 tools, the same for every business, with pictures of the website, the brand kit and changes waiting for approval.
  • Cursor, Codex and others: {"mcpServers": {"allpage": {"url": "https://allpage.site/mcp"}}}.

What you get

  • Tools: every operation the owner's choices allow, named <area>_<operation> with the area in the owner's words (website_publish for site.publish, booking_save for offerings.save). With more than one business, pass business (a biz_… id). Tools per scope lists them.
  • Context tools, always on: skills_list, skills_load ({"skill": "onboarding.launch"}) and help_search ({"question": "…"}). Every client but ChatGPT also gets assistant_ask ({"message": "…"}), which hands the owner's assistant a whole request and returns its reply and any proposals with their approval links.
  • Prompts: the same skills, for clients that show them.
  • Resources: every help article (allpage://help/<module>/<id>) and guide (allpage://guides/<slug>).

Answers

Every tool answers with a status:

  • done: it ran.
  • proposed: it waits for the owner. Give them approveAt, the page where they approve it.
  • pending: still running. Check with the tool named in check.
  • needs: its note is the next step: a single-use link for the owner, which business, or an area to turn on.
  • refused: its message says why, in words you can repeat.
