Manage your account
Your account is yours across every business you belong to: your name and email, how you sign in, the devices you’re signed in on, your businesses and how Allpage looks.
Open it from your name at the bottom of the sidebar, or the top of More on a phone. The same menu has Appearance, Help and docs, and Sign out.
Change your name under Your details. Your co-owners, your team and the activity list see the new one. Your email is how you sign in, so it stays as it is.
Under Sign-in and devices you add passkeys and an authenticator app, and see every device you’re signed in on. Sign out a device you don’t recognize, then add a passkey so only you can change money and access settings.
Your businesses lists every business you belong to. Switch from the top of the sidebar, or start another one there.
How Allpage tells you about each business is that business’s Settings, Notifications, since it can differ from one business to the next.
Sign out ends this device’s session. The next page asks you to sign in again.
Delete your account at the bottom of the page. You lose access to every business you’re in, your API tokens and connected apps stop working, and each business’s history shows you as a former team member. If you’re the only owner of a business that’s still open, add another owner or close it first. If you’re the only owner of a closed business, delete the business first.
Your name and email are removed, and your licenses checklist and idea research are deleted. We keep a record with no name in it, for our audit and numbers: your account’s activity log and AI use.
For agents
Read the person with account.get (name, email, businesses with role). Change their name with account.rename. Deleting the account (account.delete) runs only from the person’s own screen. Sign-in methods and devices (account.signIn) and signing a device out (account.signOutDevice) are only on the person’s own screen, /you/sign-in.
