Choose what your assistant does on its own
Choose, for each part of your business, what the assistant does on its own and what waits for your OK. Charges and customer messages wait for you unless a policy you accepted covers them.
This screen has one choice for each part of your business:
- Just do it
- Ask for bigger things (the default): private changes run, and anything customers see or that moves money waits for you
- Ask me first
- Never
What waits shows on Today and in the chat as a card with exactly what changes; Approve or Decline it there. Charges and customer messages always need your OK, twice, unless they run under a policy you accepted.
Below, While you’re away lists what your assistant did on its own, with a link to each. Changes it made can be undone from the chat.
