Choose whether your AI conversations help improve Allpage
Allpage keeps your assistant’s conversations to make its AI better, with card numbers, passwords and ID numbers removed. Turn it off in Settings and we delete what we kept.
Allpage keeps your assistant’s conversations, yours and your customers’, to make its AI better. Card numbers, passwords and ID numbers are removed first. Turn it off and we delete what we kept.
It covers your own assistant, your assistant’s chats with customers, and the drafts and suggestions Allpage’s AI makes for you. Health answers from your forms never reach the AI, so they’re never kept.
Turn it off in Settings › Your assistant. Nothing more is kept, and what we kept is deleted. When a customer deletes their Allpage account, the conversations that name them are deleted too.
For agents
The switch is Settings › Your assistant › Improve Allpage with your AI conversations (assistant.improveAllpage with improve; the owner flips it by hand, so an agent can only point them there).
