See who changed what
Every change to your business and who made it: you, your assistant, an automation or a connected app. Filter to one to see just what it did.
Activity, on Settings, Security and activity, lists newest first:
- every change made to your business
- every change waiting for you, or that you decided
- every time the assistant, an automation or a connected app read your customers’ details
Each says who did it and how: you in the app, your assistant, your assistant on its own, a connected app like ChatGPT or Claude (with what that app is allowed to do), or the API.
Filter to one of them, for example Connected apps to see everything ChatGPT did.
A change names the customer or team member it was about as their record reads today. Once you remove a customer, their changes say “a removed customer”. Someone who left your team shows as “a former team member”.
For agents
Read the same list with audit.list (filter with via: mcp, api, assistant, agent or direct). The screen is Settings, Security and activity (/settings?open=security, filtered with via).
