Change what a page shows

Add, hide and move sections on any page, or make a page of your own. Use Arrange on the page, or ask the assistant, for example “track new members this month on my home page”.

Every page is made of sections. Press Arrange on a page to move, hide or add them, or ask the assistant. Your changes are yours alone: your team keeps their own arrangement.

The assistant adds only sections that exist. When nothing shows what you asked for, it says so and offers to send the request to Allpage.

A page shows at most 12 sections, so it stays quick. Hide one to make room, or put the rest on a page of your own.

Pages of your own. Ask the assistant to make one, like “make a page with this month’s revenue and new members”. Star it to put it on your rail. To delete it, hide it from your navigation.

For everyone. The owner can change a page for the whole team. When the assistant suggests that, it waits for your OK. Each person’s own arrangement still applies on top.

Every change has Undo. Back to the suggested layout puts a page back to how Allpage sets it up.

For agents

Read the catalog with surface.catalog (views, and the measures and groups the metric views take) and a page with surface.page (its boards and each section’s instance). Change a page with surface.addView, surface.hide, surface.move, surface.pin, surface.saveFilter, surface.reset and surface.undo (each answer’s previous). Make a page with surface.createPage (title, views, pin); its key is custom:<id> and surface.nav lists it. layer: "business" changes the page for everyone: only the owner, and from an assistant or app it waits for their OK. surface.addView refuses a section already showing with the same values, and refuses past the budget. When no view fits, say so and send issues.report with kind: "surface-request".
