Close your business
Closing keeps your website up with a contact form, takes no new payments and keeps your customers and records. You can’t reopen it from the app.
Close it under Close this business. It asks you to confirm it’s you with your passkey or authenticator app, shows exactly what happens, and you confirm. The assistant can only suggest it.
What happens:
- Your website stays up, and every booking, class and order button on it opens your contact form.
- For 120 days, payments only refund customers and answer disputes, and take no new charges; after that they turn off.
- Your customers and records stay.
You can’t close while a refund is on its way, a dispute is open, or customers are still booked: cancel or finish those first. You can’t reopen the business from the app.
