Customers

Everyone who books, buys, writes in or subscribes, each with their own page: what covers them, what they owe, their next visit and their story. Keep private notes, and export everything anytime.

Everyone who books, buys, writes in or subscribes becomes a customer. Add people by hand or import them, and export everything anytime.

Customers lists them all. Search by name, email or phone, and filter by when they were last here, whether they get your news, a mobile, where they came from or a tag. With a filter on, choose Save this view to name it and keep it on your rail.

Each customer has their own page. Open it from Customers, or from their name anywhere in Allpage. At the top are the answers: what covers their visits, what they owe you (with Mark paid), their next visit and whether their forms are signed. Each shows only when there’s something to say.

Under With them you can message them, book them in or write a note, right there. Texts go only to people with a mobile number who agreed to texts; otherwise it sends email.

Below are their panels: Owed to you, Packs and memberships, Forms and waivers, Their photos, Notes and Details. Details is where you change their contact and birthday, your own fields, tags and who they book for, and where you merge or remove a record. Beside them are Upcoming, Recent activity (with Mark paid on anything still owed) and Ask your assistant.

Someone with nothing booked yet leads with Book their first visit. Press Arrange to move, hide or add panels; it changes the page for you only, for every customer.

Team members see the customers their role reaches. Without private details, they don’t see email addresses or phone numbers.

For agents

A customer’s page is the record page customer at /customers/<customerId>. Read one with customers.get (customerId). customers.record answers the page’s header and answers; customers.activity is Recent activity and customers.notes their notes. Each tool’s panel reads its own query: commerce.customer (owed, with commerce.markPaid), grants.customer (packs and memberships), offerings.customerVisits (upcoming, with forms still due), forms.customer (signed) and galleries.customer. customers.messages lists what they were sent, newest first: each message’s title (“Appointment reminder”), channel, status, delivery and the reason when it was skipped or held. Write to them with inbox.compose and note with customers.addNote. Team members read only the customers they’ve seen.
