Book for children, pets and family
A parent books their kids, an owner books their dog. Each child or pet has one record at your business, and both parents can book them.
Customers add the people and pets they book for once, on their account page or in the booking window, and pick them when they book. You can add them too, on the customer’s page under Details, Who they book for. To let a second parent or a grandparent book the same child, open the child there and choose Add someone else who books for them. Both then see the child on their account, book them and see their notes, and a waiver either one signs counts for both. Only you can link them. A birthdate, notes (like allergies) and pickup contacts are seen only by the people who book for them, you, and team members whose role sees sensitive details; other team members see the name. The assistant and outside AI agents never see a birthdate: they get whether someone meets an age, like “meets 16+: no”. When a customer removes a child from their account, anyone else who books for them still can. When you remove them, or the last person who books for them does, the bookings already made keep their name and the rest is deleted. They belong to your business only, are in your customer export, and go when the last person who books for them deletes their account.
For agents
List with customers.dependents (pass minAge, maxAge and asOf for an age check; you never get a birthdate). Add, change or remove with customers.addDependent, customers.updateDependent and customers.removeDependent (a customer takes them off their own account only; the owner removes them for everyone). The owner links a second guardian with customers.linkGuardian (dependentId, customerId) and unlinks one with customers.unlinkGuardian; the last guardian can’t be unlinked. Book one with offerings.enroll, an attendee of kind: dependent with its dependentId; the buyer must be one of their guardians. offerings.review checks them against an admission’s requirements first.
