Delete your business

Once a closed business’s payments have wound down, you can delete it. It goes 30 days after you confirm, and you can keep it until then.

Close the business first. You can delete it 120 days after closing, once payments have finished its refunds and disputes. Delete it under Delete this business: it asks you to confirm it’s you with your passkey or authenticator app, shows what happens, and you confirm. The assistant can only suggest it.

We delete it 30 days after you confirm. Until then, Keep business in the same place cancels it. Once that date comes, it can’t be kept.

What goes: your website and web address, bookings, customers, messages, files and everything else.

What stays for a set time: sales, payments, refunds and your books for 7 years, and customers’ consent records for 3 years, with customers’ names and contact details removed. Then those go too.

What we keep: a record with no names or words in it, for our audit and numbers: when the business started and closed, its plan, amounts, AI use and its activity log. Your business’s name stays in it for the year your web address is held, so nobody else gets that address, then it goes. Nobody sees this record in Allpage.

Download your customers first if you want a copy.

For agents

business.delete (tier 3: the assistant and apps can only propose it) on a closed business, refused until 120 days after closing with the date it can run. business.keep cancels it before its date and is refused from then on. business.panel returns deletion.deleting once that date has come. business.panel returns deletion.from and deletion.on. The purge keeps a de-identified record (the business row marked deleted, its scrubbed action and event logs, AI usage and plan); it never shows in any read.
