Inbox

Inbox opens with who’s waiting on you, then every conversation, newest first. Search by name, email, phone or words, and show open, unread, closed or archived ones, or only one way they wrote.

Open a conversation to read it and reply. Your reply goes back the way they wrote. Each reply shows who sent it: You, a team member by name, or Your assistant. Beside it is who wrote: what covers them, what they owe, their next visit and their forms, with Book and Note. Open their page for everything else. Close a conversation when it’s done; a new message reopens it.

With nothing waiting, Inbox says you’re all caught up. Connect texts, WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger under Inbox, Channels to answer them here too. A nudge can remind you when someone’s been waiting.

If your assistant answers texts, WhatsApp and email, its answers show as Your assistant, and only the messages it passes to you wait for your reply, with a suggested one ready.

For agents

inbox.recent lists recent conversations with who wrote and their last message. Reply with inbox.reply (it goes back by the conversation’s channel), start one with inbox.compose, and close, archive or reopen with inbox.setStatus; inbox.markRead marks one read or unread.
