Connect Google and other services
Connect Google once for your calendar, your Google listing and review replies. You can also connect other tools for your assistant, and approve each one before it’s used.
This screen lists every service Allpage connects and what each one does for you.
Connect Google once and it serves:
- your calendar: busy times, and your bookings on it
- your Google listing
- replies to your Google reviews
Each tool asks Google only for the access it needs, the first time you use it. Turn on the Google listing later and Allpage asks Google for that too, on the same connection.
If Google stops letting Allpage in, the tools that use it carry on without it (bookings still work, with add-to-calendar links) and Today asks you to reconnect. Disconnect ends Allpage’s access on Google’s side too.
Your books: connect QuickBooks or Xero and each day’s sales, refunds, fees and payouts go in as one journal. Finance shows how it’s going, and the month downloads as a spreadsheet if it stops.
Square: connect it and Allpage matches your Square customers with yours every hour, by an email or number they’ve confirmed here, never by name. Each matched customer’s Square rewards balance shows on their page and on their account on your website ("Square rewards: 120 points"), and stays current as they earn. Allpage only reads Square: it never changes points or anything else there. Square customers who match no one stay out unless you turn on Add Square customers who aren’t here yet; they come in without newsletter sign-ups. A Square account can be connected to one business on Allpage at a time. Running on Square rewards, Allpage’s own rewards stay off when a starter setup is applied.
Other tools: connect any service that gives you an MCP server address (the address it gives AI assistants), with a token if it needs one. Connecting it approves its tools. If the service changes them later, your assistant stops using it until you review and approve the new list here. Your assistant asks before using an outside tool unless you chose Just do it.
For agents
The screen is Settings › Your business › Connections (/settings?open=connections); outside tools are under Settings › More › For developers. integrations.health says what works, integrations.connect hands the owner a link to connect, integrations.disconnect is proposed for the owner to approve, integration.mcp.tools lists approved outside tools and integration.mcp.call runs one. integrations.connect with integration: "square" hands the owner the link to connect Square; integration.square.customers says how many customers matched, and integration.square.addCustomers (proposed for the owner) adds the ones that match no one.
