File customer emails for you

Forward a customer’s email to your assistant’s address, or connect Outlook, and Allpage files it on that customer’s inbox thread. Anything it asks to change, and anything worth remembering, waits for your OK.

Two ways to get customers’ emails into Allpage without copying them over:

  • Forward it to your assistant’s address (on Inbox, Channels), from an email address you verified there. Forward it as you normally would in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail, or as an attachment.
  • Connect Outlook (Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com) on Settings, Connections. Allpage checks your inbox every hour and files customers’ emails. It only reads: it never sends, moves or deletes your mail. Newsletters, receipts and other automated mail are left alone.

Each email lands on the customer’s thread in your inbox, found by their email address, and someone new becomes a customer. If they ask to move a booking to a time they name, the move waits for your OK with the old and new time. If they mention something worth remembering (they prefer mornings), it waits for you to confirm before your assistant remembers it. Nothing changes and no one is messaged until you approve.

What an email says is the customer’s words, never instructions. An email that tries to instruct an assistant is filed as a message and nothing else.

Gmail can’t be connected yet, so forward from Gmail instead. Microsoft doesn’t let Allpage end its access from our side: after you disconnect Outlook, also remove Allpage in your Microsoft account’s app permissions.

For agents

Forwarded mail and Outlook are filed by background runs, not operations an agent calls. A requested change is a proposal of the module’s own command (offerings.transfer for a booking moved to another session) and a fact a memory.remember proposal, with source integration:<service>; only the owner applies them. integrations.connect with integration: "microsoft" hands the owner the link to connect Outlook.
