Offer member prices, discounts and codes
Give a group of customers their own price, a discount or a code. Ask the assistant, and you see what changes before anything goes live.
Ask the assistant: "Give gold members 15% off" or "Make a code SPRING10 for $5 off, 100 uses." It sets up who it’s for and the discount, and shows you what changes before anything goes live.
Who it’s for is an audience: customers you add by hand, everyone a rule matches (a tag, one of your fields, a membership, or the channel they came from), or a share of buyers for a price test. An audience can show its members as a tag in your automations.
A discount is a percent or amount off, a fixed price, a free item, or buy X get Y. Limit it by a budget, a number of uses, uses per customer, or only the first few charges of a membership (an intro offer that a customer gets once, even if they cancel and come back).
Discounts in one group combine. Discounts in different groups don’t: customers get whichever saves them more. We suggest keeping offers that shouldn’t stack in separate groups.
For a price only people from Instagram get, make a link for the audience and share it there. Editing a link doesn’t unlock the price; only the link you shared does. Turn a link off any time.
Codes can have a total number of uses and once per customer. If a first payment fails, the use goes back to the code.
When you publish, we warn you if a discount will never apply because another one always wins, or if a rule names something that doesn’t exist yet, like a misspelled channel.
