Choose how Allpage tells you things

Choose how Allpage tells you about bookings, approvals and problems: push, text or email, right away or in a morning summary. Quiet hours hold push and texts overnight.

These settings are yours alone: everyone on the business sets their own.

Allpage tells you about new bookings, changes waiting for your OK and problems right away:

  • by push, on the phones and computers you turn it on for
  • then by text, if push is off
  • then by email

Texts come from your business’s texting number, so they need texting set up and your mobile number (you agree to them here).

Push and texts wait through your quiet hours (21:00 to 8:00 in your business’s time zone unless you change them); email still arrives. Smaller things, like a reminder that didn’t reach a customer, come together in one morning email when your quiet hours end.

For each kind you choose Right away, Morning summary or Off. Problems can’t be turned off.

On iPhone, add Allpage to your Home Screen first (Share, then Add to Home Screen), open it from there, then turn on push. Send yourself a test to check.

For agents

The screen is Settings › How it runs › Notifications (/settings?open=notifications). Read these with notifications.settings and change them with notifications.set. notifications.list reads the person’s own notices, newest first, as they got them (title, body, path, status), optionally one kind. Texts only the owner can turn on, on the screen.
