See how your site is doing
Bookings, revenue, new customers and visits for the last week, month, quarter or year, how your sessions went by offering and teacher, and where visits came from. No cookies, and nothing anyone types into a form is recorded.
Open Grow, then Numbers. Step through the last 7, 30 or 90 days or the last year, on your own clock, and every panel shows those days:
- bookings, revenue, new customers and website visits
- your sessions: how full they were, attendance and first-timers who came back, by offering and by teacher, each as a spreadsheet too
- where visits came from and what they led to
- where people stop on your forms and booking
Visits and drop-off show up the day after; bookings and payments are live.
To see what a link brings in, tag it with a campaign, for example ?utm_source=instagram&utm_campaign=spring. Every visit and booking from it shows under that campaign.
Bookings and visits that came from ChatGPT show under ChatGPT, here and in your weekly summary, including bookings made in ChatGPT without a visit to your site.
Put any of these numbers on a page: bookings, check-ins, cancellations, new customers, new members, payments, revenue, refunds, website visits or sign-ups, by day, week or month. Count them for everyone or one group: first-timers, members, pack holders, or people who haven’t come in 30 days. Ask the assistant, for example “track new members this month on my home page”. Your team sees only the numbers their role can see, and people who see only their own sessions don’t see business-wide numbers.
Allpage never records what anyone types into a form, only which question they were on, and never counts private questions. No cookies are set.
For agents
Numbers takes one period (7, 30, 90 or 365 days) for every panel. Read the same numbers with analytics.numbers (period: visits, campaigns and funnels), offerings.numbers (the session report), analytics.daily, analytics.activity (every measure by day), analytics.campaigns and analytics.funnels. Count one measure by group and period with analytics.measure (measure, by, segment, period, and last or from/to, a year at most); surface.catalog lists the measures and groups this person may use, and a page shows one as a number, as bars over time or as facts (add it with surface.addView). ChatGPT is the source chatgpt (medium assistant); analytics.summary has a "From ChatGPT this week" fact and a "Bookings from ChatGPT" metric with the week before.
