Menu, reservations and the waitlist

Your menu shows on your website, guests reserve a table by party size, and walk-ins join a waitlist that tells them when their table’s ready.

Your menu in Schedule, Tables shows on your website’s Menu page, with dietary labels. Hiding a dish takes it off the menu and stops orders for it. Under Seating, set how many guests you seat at once, how far apart seating times are, how long a table is theirs, the largest party online and how far ahead guests must book. A party’s table counts against every seating time its meal covers, so a 7:00 table for four for 90 minutes leaves four fewer seats at 7:00, 7:30 and 8:00. When a time is full, guests see the nearest times with room; you can still book a party anyway. Walk-ins join tonight’s waitlist; when a table opens for their party they’re booked into it, and a tap on Table ready texts or emails them. Turn on booking confirmations and reminders under Automations so guests get their table’s details and a reminder.
