Customers are asked for a review the day after a visit, on Google once your listing is connected. Reply here, and show the best ones on your website.
Open Grow, then Reviews. It leads with your average rating and how many reviews it’s from, new reviews this month, and how many need a reply. Filter the list by Needs a reply, 3 stars or less, Google, Left on your site or Shown on your site.
The day after a visit, class or session, customers are asked for a review: on Google once your listing is connected, otherwise on your site. Customers signed in on your website can also leave one at /review. Nobody is asked more than once in 90 days, and no-shows aren’t asked. To ask past customers yourself, choose Ask for reviews and pick them.
Open a review to reply; Google checks replies before they show. If your Google listing is off or disconnected, a reply waits and the review says what to fix; it sends once the listing is back.
Choose Show on my site and it shows on your website’s testimonials and Reviews page on the next visit, with nothing to publish; Take off my site removes it the same way. Add a Reviews page from the website editor’s Pages to list every review you show.

reviews.overview answers count, average, thisMonth, unanswered and featured. reviews.collection pages through reviews (q, show: unanswered, low, google, site or featured, page). reviews.ask asks customers (tier 3: it messages them), reviews.reply replies, reviews.feature and reviews.unfeature show or hide one on the website.
