Keep your business secure
Add a passkey or an authenticator app so nobody with only your email can change your money, texting or access settings. You also see every time Allpage support looked at your business.
Add a passkey on Your account, under Sign-in and devices (open it from your name at the bottom of the sidebar, or the top of More on a phone). You sign in with your face, fingerprint or screen lock, and nobody with only your email can change your money, texting or access settings. You can also set up an authenticator app (1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy) for a 6-digit code, and save its backup codes. They work in every business you belong to.
If you haven’t confirmed it’s you in the last 15 minutes, Allpage asks right there, then carries on, for:
- turning on payments and payout details
- billing
- setting up or moving texting
- API tokens, connecting apps and webhooks
- adding or removing an owner
- closing the business
- downloading your customers
Your assistant and connected apps can only suggest these; you approve them the same way.
Settings, Security and activity lists every time Allpage support looked at your business, with the reason they gave. Support can look, never change anything, and only for a set time. Below that is how your texts, email and payments stand, then every change and who made it.
For agents
Support visits (business.security), account health (trust.status) and activity (audit.list) are on Settings, Security and activity (/settings?open=security). Passkeys, the authenticator app and signed-in devices are the person’s own, on Your account at /you/sign-in (account.signIn); adding or removing one happens there, in the browser.
