Invite a guest teacher for a workshop
Invite a visiting teacher or artist to the offerings they help with, until their last day. They see only those sessions and who’s coming, and their access ends on its own.
Open Settings, Team and tap Invite someone; inviting a guest is in the same sheet. Enter their email, tick what they help with and pick their last day, then tap Send invite (it asks you to confirm it’s you). They join the same way as anyone on your team.
A guest sees those sessions on their Schedule, who’s coming and whether forms are in, and checks people in. They don’t see emails or phone numbers, payments or anything else you run. Moving or calling off a session waits for your OK.
Their access ends when their last day does: the app, their assistant and any app or token they connected stop working then. To give them longer, change their last day on their card under People; it works again right away. Remove last day keeps them on until you remove them.
If you put them on a session as the lead, someone else has to be on it before you can remove them.
For agents
team.inviteContributor (tier H, strong sign-in) takes email, name, offerings (ids from offerings.list), until (their last day, a local date) and role (contributor when left out). team.changeContributor takes personId and new offerings and/or until (null takes the last day away); it refuses a team member who isn’t a guest, since their access never ends on a date. team.members shows each guest’s until, ended and helpsWith. Access ends at the midnight after until in the business’s time zone, checked on every request.
