Turn a tool on or off
Your business starts with the tools businesses like yours use. Turn any other one on, or one you don’t use off, any time.
Every business starts with its website, messages, automations, the assistant and the other basics, plus the tools its kind uses: a yoga studio gets classes, memberships and payments, and never sees Menu & tables unless you turn it on.
Turn a tool on or off on Your tools (from Settings), or ask the assistant: “turn on galleries”. Some tools need another one on: turning on Team pay also turns on the Schedule it pays for, and turning off Products turns off what sells through it. You see which ones first and say yes once.
Turning a tool off keeps its data. Bookings and memberships already sold carry on until they’re done, and it all comes back when you turn it on again.
A tool your plan doesn’t include shows as locked, with See plans.
For agents
business.tools lists every tool: module, title, purpose, state (on, off, turning_off), canChange, lock (why, with See plans when the plan doesn’t include it), needs and takesDown (titles) and optionsHref (its own screen, under the business). The page is Your tools (/tools). business.useTool (module, on, tier 2) turns one on or off. When other tools change with it (what it needs is off, or others need it), it answers needs naming them, with an offer to do it all: show the owner, then send it again with confirm: true. Tools the plan or Allpage decided can’t be switched; the refusal says why.
