See what you’ve used this month
How many texts, AI credits and emails your business used this month, and what’s left on your plan. Allowances renew on the 1st.
Texts count every text your business sends: reminders, confirmations and newsletters to customers, and notices to you. When the month’s texts run out, messages go by email instead, and texts start again on the 1st. There’s also a daily limit, so one busy day can’t use up the month.
AI credits pay for your assistant, drafts and the assistant on your website. A monthly allowance comes with your plan; when it’s used, the plan decides whether the assistant stops or switches to a cheaper model until the 1st. If your plan is paid together with your other businesses, they share one allowance.
Emails count what your business sends to customers. Your plan has no monthly limit on them.
If something shows Paused, Allpage or the texting provider has stopped it for your business, and the card says why. Messages still go by email meanwhile.
To get more before the 1st, choose a bigger plan on Settings, Plan and billing.
For agents
Read it with billing.usage (per capability: used, allowance, left, today with the daily cap, and paused with the reason). It shows on Settings, Plan and billing. A send over a cap answers needs: limit with retryAfter and unlock; a paused capability answers needs: paused with the capability (texting, ai, email). Only a platform admin lifts a pause.
